Chavez Jr vs. Wiley delayed yet again

The American Grover Wiley has resoundingly refused a fight in Culiacan, Sinaloa, against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. next December, but he left the door open for next year, with the fight taking place in the United States, according to Julito's manager Rodolfo Chavez.

In accordance with the above stated, Chavez Jr's next bout will be on December 10 or 16 in Monterrey.

"Julito will fight in Monterrey in eight rounds at lightweight." They told us that they wanted to scedule him to fight Wiley on the same card as Erik Morales' rematch with Manny Pacquiao, but if that's not possible they'll look for another big Top Rank card.
